At LoveJoy Energy Arts, we believe that in order to live your best life, you must take an active role in maintaining your whole self, your body, your mind, your spiritual self, and your energetic self. Our energy levels encompass that whole self. When we relax the conscious mind and work directly with the body and its energy flow, we can access parts of ourselves that have the ability to heal and to change.

MEET KARLA

I'm a Reiki Master & Transformational Life Coach.

I use the Reiki energy method to help balance your body’s energy flow with a focus on stored trauma release and healing. I work with my clients in balancing their energy, encouraging them in developing a practice of healing breath and mindful practices. I motivate and encourage my clients on their path to a more balanced, happy, healthy and peaceful life through my intuitive energy work and transformational coaching.
